Conor's piece was made in response to the brief of "Petri Dish" and considers the huge tasks with which researchers are faced, as well as the advancements and contributions made by their work.

Conor is a freelance illustrator and designer who lives and works in Dublin, Ireland. Conor's work can be characterised by expressive and energetic brush strokes, bold, eye-catching shapes and a layering of colours inspired by the aesthetics of screen printing.
